Payments will launch soon via JazzCash and Easypaisa. In the meantime, contact us at support@twohearts.pk to upgrade manually — we'll activate your plan within 24 hours.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. Your plan renews monthly. Cancel any time from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
What is the CNIC verification fee?▾
One-time PKR 1,000 for free users. It's free for all Gold and Platinum members. Verification earns you a blue tick — the mark of trust that Pakistani families look for.
Is my personal information safe?▾
Yes. Your phone number and address are never shown publicly. Contact details are only shared when both users consent to a match. All CNIC documents are stored in a private, admin-only vault.
What if I don't find a match?▾
You can pause or cancel your plan at any time. Platinum members get a personal matchmaker who works with you until you find the right match.
Do you offer refunds?▾
Yes — if you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid plan, we'll refund you in full, no questions asked.
