Terms of Service

By accessing or using TWO HEARTS, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

To use TWO HEARTS, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally free to marry (not currently married, unless legally permitted)
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate, current, and complete information on your profile

You may not share your account with others, create multiple accounts, or use someone else's account.

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information or photos
• Impersonate another person
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post inappropriate, obscene, or offensive content or photos
• Use the platform for commercial purposes other than finding a marriage partner
• Advertise, spam, or solicit other users for business purposes
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, or bypass our security systems
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract user data
• Use the platform if you are legally barred from marriage
• Post content that violates Pakistani law, Islamic principles, or public decency

To receive the blue tick, you must submit a valid CNIC. Our team verifies the document manually. Submitting:

• False CNIC information → permanent ban, no refund
• Someone else's CNIC → permanent ban and potential legal action

Verification approval is at our sole discretion and may be revoked if we suspect fraud.

By uploading photos or content, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to use it
• The photos are of you (no photos of other people, celebrities, or stock images)
• The content does not infringe any third party's rights
• The content complies with Islamic principles and Pakistani law

We reserve the right to remove any photo or content that violates these Terms. All photos are reviewed by our team before appearing publicly.

TWO HEARTS offers a free tier and paid tiers (Gold, Platinum). Paid subscriptions:

• Are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or prepaid)
• Renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• May be cancelled at any time — you'll retain access until the end of the paid period
• Are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change with advance notice. We do not prorate partial periods.

Important: TWO HEARTS is a matching platform, not a marriage broker or agent. We:

• Provide tools to help you find and connect with potential matches
• Do not conduct background checks beyond CNIC verification
• Do not guarantee that you will find a suitable match
• Are not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by users
• Are not responsible for the outcome of any contact made through the platform

Always take your own precautions when communicating with or meeting other users. Involve your family (wali) as appropriate.

If you encounter fake, abusive, or suspicious profiles, please use the Report button. We investigate every report. Users who violate these Terms may face:

• Warning
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent ban
• Referral to law enforcement, where appropriate

All content on TWO HEARTS — including logos, design, code, and text — is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without written permission.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the platform or user content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWO HEARTS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, personal harm, or financial loss.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent or harmful activity. You may delete your account at any time through your settings or by contacting us.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
